Thank you, guys, (sorry, I don't recall your names) but the 3 customer service reps that I spoke with were kind, professional and provided great customer service. My grandson is a baseball player and for his 16th birthday I purchased the rope chain. He had a problem with the clasp so when I called customer service I was provided with a replacement.
