It arrived very fast it has nice weight to it and the Bail on the pendant is large enough to fit a 4mm necklace. It's just the right size it's not too big it's not too small just a size bigger than a nickel but it's the perfect pendant size.

I ordered the GOAT charm, but was sent a lightning bolt. I have emailed twice and called three times. I have received no response from the emails and got an automated message every time I called stating I called after hours, even though I called during the open hours posted online. This was supposed to be a Christmas gift for my child so it was very disappointing to receive the wrong item and to never get a response.

Would of loved it if I actually received what I ordered! They shipped me the wrong thing, and although they thought they rectified it by sending me the right thing( which I still have not received a week later), they went radio silent and ignored my multiple attempts to reach them regarding the delivery date! It was a gift, and the whole point was having it by a certain date- I much rather would of preferred having my correct item on time than getting a' bonus keep it because of our mistake' item that I never wanted!
