Her first chain popped somehow and I sent them a photo and that night a new one was on the way, the replacement got lost in the mail and when I reached out again the sent another replacement. Such a cute necklace and the customer service was amazing will definitely buy from again
Love my new necklace! I get lots of compliments on it. I have a bubble # for my daughter's softball # and a lightning bolt for my son who is a T&F sprinter. Highly recommend!
First off, the packaging is adorable! I love the home plate box it arrives in. The bubble number is smaller than the typical block style necklace, which I love. The chain is adjustable so it makes it easier to layer with other necklaces. It’s made of thick quality materials. I love how the loop that connects the chain to the number is welded to the number itself, so you don’t have to worry about the number falling off if the loop opens up.
The cutest necklace to rep my daughter’s number! The bubble number is smaller than the traditional block number necklaces. The chain is high quality and adjustable. I ordered one with my daughter’s number and one with my sons and the adjustable chain length with allow me to layer them nicely. I will definitely purchase from this company again.

I received the shipment but did not receive what I ordered. Ordered a bubble number pendant and necklace as a gift, along with an additional rope chain. Did received a different pendant and the additional rope chain but not the bubble number pendant or then chain that's supposed to come with. Multiple attempts to contact the company via email for resolution and no response.
