I ordered the outlined cross and by accident they sent me the solid cross. when I emailed them about it I did not ask for a new one I was just letting them know the error but they sent it anyway to make it right. now my son wears the outline and I wear the solid…. In that same order we ordered a rope chain and letter “k”, the “k” didn’t fit on the rope chain. You guys were awesome and sent another letter “k” which we just got a couple days ago but unfortunately with the same problem and still doesn’t fit on the chain?

Cross picture on your website makes it appear much larger than it really is. For a 6mm chain the medium cross isn’t big enough. Wish I had ordered the larger size cross for my son.
